20+ years of professional experience

Shawn Ikpa, President and Founder of Castletop Solutions, brings over 20 years of experience, including his distinguished service in the U.S. Navy, where he developed expertise in managing global operations. His strategic vision, tenacity, and focus have been instrumental in building a company culture that champions excellence and accountability, enabling Castletop Solutions to achieve ISO 9001, 27001, and 31000 certifications. With a proven ability to scale organizations rapidly, Shawn has successfully led initiatives that bring products and services to market efficiently and effectively. He holds a degree in Information Technology from the United States Naval Academy and an Executive MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
