Program Manager, Logistics  – Full Time (Remote)

As a Program Manager at Castletop Logistics, you’ll lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It’s your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Minimum qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Intelligence, or equivalent practical experience.
  2. 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  3. Experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics.

Preferred qualifications:

  1. 5 years of experience in warehouse or transportation work.
  2. Experience in SQL, Tableau, BigQuery, or other advanced analytics.
  3. Experience with managing outsourced third party partner teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engineer and create logistics workflows to enable the scale of Google’s data center networks.
  2. Solve logistics challenges with speed and accuracy. Define processes and improvements globally.

Technical Program Manager – Full Time (Remote)

Responsibilities:

  1. Planning & Execution Optimization – You’ll drive optimizations related to planning Product and Engineering objectives and key results, define project plans and processes for team execution/tracking.
  2. Stakeholder Management – You’ll manage expectations for all stakeholders from leadership to individual teams, possess strong problem solving and negotiation skills, and earn trust of partners and teams.

Digital Marketing Manager – Full Time (Remote but prefer Atlanta, GA)

The Digital Marketing Manager promotes products and connects with current and potential customers. This individual will also be in charge of all Castletop Solutions social media accounts, web-based advertising, emails, and multimedia messages. They will also be expected to operate with SEO and Accessibility Best Practices. Teamwork and communication are essential in every area throughout Castletop Solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with multiple departments to create and execute marketing campaigns
  2. Content creation including website photos, graphics and copywriting
  3. Responsible for maintaining product catalog (pricing, copy, photography, category & navigation, metadata, content optimization, MAP policy).
  4. Responsible for day-to-day management, execution and monitoring of SEO strategy
  5. Ensure search engine optimization best practices are followed and make adjustments as necessary to achieve overall SEO goals with a focus on titles & descriptions, URL redirects, on-page schema, and schema markup

Business Capture Manager – Full Time (Buffalo, New York or DC/MD/VA)

As the Business Capture Manager, you will have experience working in Defense industry leading various business capture activities with demonstrated growth results.

You will report directly into business unit leader and work closely with Global Sales, Field Support Engineers, Marketing, Proposal Manager and Business Development staff developing winning proposals, leading strategic captures and steering/recommending strategic initiatives in support of Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Growth. You will have responsibility to drive, report and facilitate capture activities by evaluating, recommending, and managing business opportunities and initiative.

Your Challenge:

  1. Develop and maintains customer business relationship
  2. Prepare and maintain business cases for strategic capture opportunities

Your Expertise:

  1. Bachelor of Science or equivalent in engineering disciplines (Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science is preferred)
  2. Masters and/or MBA is preferred
  3. Ability to develop, understand, and work with system level architectures based on high density computing elements
  4. Ability to qualify for ‘Secret’ level DoD security clearance (prior/active security clearances are a plus)
  5. Great leadership, organizational and communication skills are a must
  6. Ability to data mine, analyze and forecast using MS Excel and/or equivalent tools
  7. Familiarity with CRM tools
